There are a number of reasons why yoga teachers who are seeking a deepening of knowledge, skills and teaching abilities should consider registering with POYP.

Course material

The calibre of the materials offered in POYP modules is second-to-none.
As students of Yogarupa Rod Stryker, POYP faculty are initiated in the Sri Vidya tradition, this is the tradition of many Himalayan Masters including Swami Rama.
The lineage shares its teaching from teacher to student in the tradition of yoga - most contemporary yoga instructors do not have either a teacher or their own or a lineage (not a style) to which they are initiated.
A rich blend of Classic Yoga (Patanjali's Yoga Sutra) and middle-path Tantra provide the underpinning for POYP.
POYP participants are committed to the journey of unveiling their true nature through abhyasa (practice) and through this growth share the teachings.

Our Structure

We offer training delivered in digestable 5-day modules that provide an opportunity for immersion in the topic without it becoming daunting.
We offer individual support to participants with Ayurveda counselling, development of personal practice, initiation with personal mantra (from the Sri Vidya tradition)
Mentorship - we work closely with participants and help to develop their capacities to teach par excellence

We honour the tradition of Yoga and teach from a place of authenticity.
Modern-day Yoga has become divorced from much of the intelligence that is part of the richness of the tradition; we (re)connect to that intelligence.
Tapas (discipline) is required to grow and excel, we model this yet honour the joy and fun that life provides.
Expanding beyond our limitations (we all have them) is part of the journey; we share powerful tools for change.

Our fees

Module fees are set at a competitive level ($650+HST)
We offer steep discounts for early registration ($550+HST) and for advanced full program registration ($2600+HST, this equals a 20% discount)
